Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

We support local ministries here in Frederick and in the region that are touching hundreds of people a year.  We also support several ministries that are effectively ministering the gospel and presence of Jesus Christ in the continents of Asia, Africa, South America and Central America.

Come Join Us

It is most rewarding to be about the Father's business.  Join us for a mission trip this year!

Brazil

Shores of Grace is a worship and missionary ministry currently headquartered in Recife, Brazil, led by Nic and Rachael Billman. Our focus is setting those in prostitution and abuse free and walking them through restoration; taking the love of the Father to the poor and the broken and helping them see their true value, and equipping and serving the church in Brazil. The goal of our staff is to reveal Father God in all that we do. Whether we’re leading worship in a church, walking the streets of Brazil or shopping at the local grocery store, we want to reveal the Father. This is the calling that God has placed on our lives and we believe it’s a calling for the whole church, for all of the sons and daughters of the living God. To live a life of compassion and power where miracles and healing follow us everywhere we go, just as they did with Jesus.

The Rescue Mission

We are a Christ-centered ministry providing residential recovery programs to the homeless or chemically addicted, food to the hungry, clothing and furniture to the needy and connection within our community through relationships.

At the Mission, every program and service is driven by the desire to introduce people to Jesus Christ. Our method to this end is to meet basic human needs and equip others to do the same. The Mission is privately funded, utilizing donations from our community to operate all of our programs and services. If you would like to support the Mission, please visit our Giving page, or to learn about our current needs.

Nicaragua

This is a ministry of Christo Centro Church in Diriamba, Nicaragua.  Pastors Rodolfo and Leslie Zunigas planted the church and their son Eliezar and daughter-in-law lead the outreach.  (THE ABOVE VIDEO IS FROM A PUBLIC SCHOOL THAT WE VISITED) They  have a feeding program to many children in the city.  Harvest monthly supports this feeding program, as well as sponsor several children for private education to break generational poverty.  We also fund a large annual VBS that reaches many families.  Every year we send down a group for a mission trip to connect, encourage and minister to these wonderful people.
